Antivirus licenses aren't sold through the cart because the price changes with how many devices you protect, for how many years, and whether you include servers, phones or email. So we quote it to fit — almost always cheaper than buying individual licenses.

Which of the two stores do I need?
If you are looking for computers, laptops, printers, ink or toner and office accessories, go to computers and supplies. If you are looking for surveillance cameras, alarm panels, sensors, network equipment or power backup, go to security and networking. If you are not sure which applies, write to us and we will point you.
Do you install what I buy?
Yes. Buying the equipment and having someone install it properly are two different things, and we do both. We can install and configure whatever you purchase: computers, cameras, alarms, networks and servers. Ask for it along with your order and we will quote it.
Do you sell antivirus? Why isn't it in the store?
We do sell antivirus and cybersecurity licenses —ESET, Kaspersky, Norton and Avast— but not through the cart, because the price depends on how many devices you protect, for how many years, and whether you include servers, phones or email. Write to contacto@arca-it.com with those details and we will send you a tailored quote. It usually works out cheaper than buying individual licenses, and we install it for you.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. We are Arcasoft IT S.A. de C.V., a registered Mexican company, and we invoice normally. Request your invoice when placing the order along with your tax details.
I can't find the product I'm looking for. Can you get it?
Most likely yes. The online catalogs show only part of what we handle, and we work with several suppliers. Write to us with the model or a description of what you need and we will tell you availability, price and delivery time.
Do I need advice before buying?
If you have doubts about which equipment suits you, write to us before buying. It is better to settle it in five minutes than to return a machine that was not the right one. The advice is free.
