By the time something fails, it has already cost you money.
The accounting computer that won't turn on the morning your tax filing is due. The server that went down, and nobody knows where the backup is. The mailbox that quietly stopped receiving, which you found out about three days later when a client complained.
Our job has two halves: fix what has already happened, quickly, and lower the odds of it happening again. The second half is where the savings actually are.
- No guessing — we look remotely first, and plenty of problems get solved right there without charging you for a visit.
- We tell you when repairing is worth it — and when it is throwing good money after bad. With both figures in front of you.
- Everything is documented — a written log of what was done, so nothing depends on somebody's memory.
How we can work with you
Pick based on how often you need us. You can start per incident and move to a plan later.
Per incident
You call when something breaks, we come out or connect remotely, we fix it and bill that job. No contract, no monthly fee.
Maintenance plan
Scheduled maintenance visits so your equipment doesn't fail, plus priority attention when something urgent comes up. For when you would rather stop thinking about this every month.
Outsourced IT department
One of our professionals stationed at your offices, without the cost of a full-time headcount or the burden of benefits.
What the service covers
Preventive maintenance
Physical cleaning, temperature and drive checks, operating system and antivirus updates, and backup verification. This is what prevents the emergency call.
Corrective maintenance
Machines that won't boot, slowness, viruses, data loss, printers and peripherals. Diagnosis first, estimate second.
Hardware and software installation
Sale, installation and setup of equipment, licenses, corporate email and business software, at your office or home. Browse them in our online store.
Backup and recovery
We set up automatic backups that don't depend on anyone remembering, and we recover data when it has already been lost.
Equipment rental
Temporary equipment while yours is being repaired, or for projects and busy seasons without tying up your capital.
Server support
Physical and virtual servers, users and permissions, and monitoring so we find out before you do that something is going wrong.
Very often, "the computer is slow" turns out to be a badly built or saturated network. When that is the case we tell you and attack it there — see networks, CCTV and alarms.
IT asset inventory: you know what you have and where it is.
Most companies cannot say exactly how many devices they own, which are still under warranty, or which licenses they are paying for. We keep that digital record for you as part of the service.
- Every device identified — make, model, serial number, warranty and who it is assigned to.
- Licenses under control — you know what software you pay for, how many seats you use and when they expire.
- Planned replacement — we tell you which machine to replace before it leaves you stranded.
It is included with the maintenance plan, and we also do it as a one-time audit for companies that don't yet know what they have.
Questions about IT support
Do I have to sign a maintenance plan, or can you come just once?
You can hire us per incident with no commitment: we come, we fix it and we bill you for that job. A maintenance plan makes sense once you are calling us regularly, because it costs less than the sum of individual visits and it includes the preventive work that stops failures from happening.
How much does IT support cost?
It depends on whether it is per incident or under a plan, how many devices are involved and whether an on-site visit is needed. What is fixed: the initial remote diagnosis costs you nothing, and we never do any work before you have approved the estimate. Call us at +52 55 2580 7062 or request your quote.
What is the difference between preventive and corrective maintenance?
Corrective maintenance is when something has already failed and has to be repaired. Preventive maintenance is the scheduled review that keeps it from failing: cleaning, checking drives before they die, updates, and verifying that your backups actually exist.
Corrective always costs more, because on top of the repair you pay for the hours your operation was down.
How quickly can you get here?
Remote support usually starts within minutes. When the problem needs an on-site visit, we schedule an engineer, and most often the visit happens the next day. With a maintenance plan you get priority attention.
My computer is several years old. Should I repair it or buy a new one?
We give you both numbers and you decide. Many machines from 2016 onward feel brand new with a solid-state drive and more memory, at a fraction of the cost of a new one. Others are past saving, and we tell you so plainly, even when it means not selling you the repair.
Can you take over our entire IT department?
Yes, that is one of the ways we work. We assign a professional at your offices who handles all of the site's IT needs, without you having to hire a full-time position with benefits. It is the most common choice among companies of 10 to 50 people.
What is an IT asset inventory and why do I need one?
It is a digital record of every device you own: make, model, serial number, warranty, software licenses and who each one is assigned to. It keeps you from over-buying, tells you what is still under warranty, lets you plan replacements and stops you from losing track of licenses. We include it with the maintenance plan, or we can do it as a one-time audit if you don't yet know what you have.
Is something broken today?
Tell us what is happening. The initial remote diagnosis is free, and the estimate comes out of it.
