AI isn't much use if you don't know which process to fix.
Most of the businesses that come to us don't need "a chatbot". They need to stop losing three hours a day typing invoices by hand, or to stop answering the same five questions on WhatsApp fifty times a day.
So we don't start by selling you a tool. We start by looking at where your team's time goes, and from there we work out what is worth automating — and what isn't.
- Free assessment — one session to map your processes and find where there is real return.
- Pilot in 2 weeks — a single process running, with numbers you can measure.
- Connects to what you already have — your ERP, your invoicing, your spreadsheets, your WhatsApp.
What can genuinely be automated today
These are the processes where AI delivers measurable results at a small or mid-sized company — without year-long projects or enterprise budgets.
24/7 customer service
An assistant on your WhatsApp or website that answers with your business's real information: prices, hours, availability, order status. It escalates to a person when the question warrants it.
Automatic quoting
The customer describes what they need and the system builds the quote with your prices, your margins and your format — ready for you to review and send.
Invoice and document processing
CFDI invoices, delivery notes, receipts, contracts and bank statements that read themselves and land already entered in your system or spreadsheet, with nobody typing them.
Reports in plain language
You ask "how are we doing against last month?" or "which client owes me the most?" and you get the answer with its chart, without waiting for somebody to build the spreadsheet.
Internal knowledge assistant
Your manuals, policies, spec sheets and price lists in one place your team can simply ask questions of. New hires productive in days, not months.
Transcribed meetings and calls
Your meetings transcribe themselves, with a summary, decisions and assigned action items. No more "what did we agree on again?".
If your process changes every week, if your data isn't organized anywhere, or if the savings don't justify the monthly platform cost, we say so in the assessment. We would rather not sell you a project that will be abandoned in three months — sometimes what you need first is to put your systems or your network in order, and we do that too.
From idea to production, in four steps
No surprises: every stage has a deliverable, a timeline and a fixed cost agreed before it starts.
Assessment
A working session with you and your team. We come out with the process to attack, the estimated savings and a proposal. Free of charge.
Pilot
Two weeks. A single process, genuinely running on your real data, so you can measure the result before committing to more.
Implementation
We integrate with your systems, train your people and define the points where a person must review before anything goes out.
Ongoing support
Models and platforms change every few months. We maintain it, verify it keeps working and adjust it as your business changes — the same way we do with your network and your equipment.
Ways of working together
Choose based on how far you want to go. You can always start with the assessment.
| Option | What it includes | Time | Investment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Assessment | Process mapping session, identification of opportunities and a proposal with estimated savings. | 1 session | Free |
| Pilot | One automated process, running on your real data and with result metrics. | 2 weeks | Fixed quote |
| Implementation | Integration with your systems, team training, documentation and go-live. | 4 to 8 weeks | Per project |
| AI maintenance plan | Maintenance, monitoring, adjustments and model updates as your operation changes. | Monthly | Based on scope |
On top of the project cost there is the monthly consumption of the AI platform, which we itemize separately from the proposal onward. We never bury it inside the retainer.
What we get asked almost every time
Is my business too small to use artificial intelligence?
No. The projects with the best return tend to be at companies of 5 to 50 people, because a single repetitive task weighs heavily on a small team. If someone in your office spends several hours a week copying data, answering the same questions or building the same report, there is something to automate.
Does my data go out to the internet, or can anyone else see it?
It depends on the architecture you choose, and we define that with you before starting. We can use cloud services under agreements that forbid training on your data, or install models on your own server so the information never leaves your premises.
If you handle personal data belonging to clients or patients, the design follows Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
How much does it cost to integrate AI into my company?
The initial assessment is free. From there it depends on the process being automated and the volume. We quote per project with fixed scope and timelines, plus the monthly platform cost, which we itemize separately so you know exactly what you are paying for.
How long before I see a result?
The pilot is delivered working in about 2 weeks, covering a single process. That is precisely the point: you see measurable results before investing in a full implementation.
Do I have to replace the system I already use?
No. The AI connects to what you already have: your ERP, your invoicing system, your spreadsheets, your email or your WhatsApp. Replacing a system is a separate project, and we only recommend it if you already needed it for other reasons.
Is AI going to replace my staff?
In the projects we do, no. The AI takes the repetitive part —entering data, classifying, answering the same thing a thousand times— and your people keep the part that requires judgment. We always leave a human review point in any process that touches money or customers.
What if I have an old system nobody wants to touch?
That is the most common case. Often there is no need to modify the system at all: we read what it exports, or we automate around it. And if it really is at the end of its life, we tell you — we build the replacement too.
Tell us where your team's time goes.
The assessment is free and carries no commitment. If we don't see savings that justify the project, we say so and leave it there.
